The perimeter is where the security envelope begins. Physical measures, electronic detection, lighting and coordination with wider security together decide how the perimeter behaves — quietly during normal use, decisively when it matters.

The perimeter carries civil works, cabling, containment, lighting and detection — all of it coordinated with the landscape, the boundary walls and the wider security design. Bringing perimeter protection into that coordination early is what allows the boundary to work quietly rather than fight itself.
