Much of our work lives quietly inside private environments.

Private owners, corporate tenants and developers generally prefer that their buildings, systems and drawings stay confidential. We respect that. Real project details are added only with the client's permission.

So instead of case studies, this page sets out the sector, the typical brief and the system stack we deliver — enough for consultants, architects and operators to judge fit from methodology and technical depth rather than from photography.

05 / Involvement

Four ways we usually come into a project.

01Design-stage inputBrought in while the layout is still moving, so equipment rooms, containment, risers and device positions are part of the drawing rather than a late compromise.
02Delivery to a consultant's designWhere an IT, MEP or ELV consultant holds the specification, we deliver against it, work to the interface schedules and issue the testing and documentation the design requires.
03Specialist package under a contractorA bounded technology or ELV package inside a larger contract — coordinated with the other trades and delivered with the commissioning and documentation the main contract requires.
04Existing buildingsAssessment, correction, upgrade or extension of systems already installed, including phased work in occupied properties.
