Zentrum.ae focuses on a single thing: the intelligent infrastructure inside buildings — security, automation, networking, Wi-Fi, audio visual, communication and safety systems.

We don't do civil work, we don't put up walls, and we don't take on adjacent disciplines outside our field. Design, installation and later support are kept within one team wherever the project allows.

We serve three environments in the UAE: luxury residences, corporate workplaces and hospitality properties. The technology stack is shared between them; the engagement model is not.

Brought in early, kept in afterwards.

Most of our work arrives through a project team rather than a single client — an architect fixing a layout, a consultant holding a specification, a main or fit-out contractor sequencing a programme, an owner or operator who will live with the result. The technology scope touches all of them, which is why we prefer to be in the conversation while drawings are still moving.

What we give back is the same in every case: containment, power, pathway and equipment-room requirements coordinated with the MEP and main contractor; a single integration map across automation, security, networking, AV, communication and life-safety infrastructure; and a documented handover — as builts, points lists, schedules and orientation — that the operating team can actually use.
