00 / How we work
Turnkey, in plain language.
One team designs it, installs it, programmes it, and supports it — so the thinking behind the system stays with the people who look after it.
01 / Delivery
Six stages, one accountable team.

Discover
Consultancy
We meet on site. We walk every floor, every room, every plant area. We talk to the people who'll use the space and the people who'll maintain it. We listen first — requirements, site conditions, existing systems and constraints — before any technology is proposed.
- 01Site walk with the architect, MEP consultant, owner and operator
- 02Brief capture — outcomes first, technology second
- 03Technical survey — power, pathways, equipment rooms, existing systems
02
Design
System Design · Product Supply
Drawings, system schedules, points lists and an integration map. We select technology deliberately, justify each choice, and design a system architecture that can be operated for a decade — not just handed over on opening day.
- 01Single-line diagrams, layouts and elevation schedules
- 02Equipment schedules that name the actual systems selected, not anonymous boxes
- 03Integration map across security, automation, fire and networking
03
Coordinate
Interfaces · Programme
Technology touches almost every other package. Before anything is installed, the interfaces are agreed in writing: what belongs to us, what belongs to the MEP and fit-out trades, and what has to happen in which order for the programme to hold.
- 01Interface schedule with the MEP, electrical and fit-out packages
- 02Containment, power and equipment-room requirements confirmed
- 03Delivery sequenced against the construction or fit-out programme
04
Deploy
Installation
Cabling, installation, programming. We coordinate with the main contractor and MEP team, sequence the work to the build programme, install to the design rather than improvising in the field, and document as we go.
- 01First-fix containment and cabling in sequence with the build
- 02Second-fix devices after finishes, to the agreed positions
- 03Labelled cabinets and ordered patching as the work progresses
05
Commission
Testing · Handover
Systems are tested against the design, integrations are proven end to end, and the building is handed over with a documentation set the operating team can work from — not a folder nobody opens.
- 01System-by-system testing and integration checks
- 02As-built drawings, points lists and device schedules issued
- 03Orientation and walkthrough with the operating team
06
Support
Maintenance
Documented handover, orientation for the operating team, and maintenance, assessment or upgrade of the installed systems where agreed. The relationship after handover matters as much as the design.
- 01Documented handover and orientation for the operating team
- 02Maintenance, assessment and upgrade of the installed systems where agreed
- 03Familiarity with the installed system when further work is agreed
02 / Interfaces
Where our scope meets everyone else's.
- 01 /
Brief
What the space has to do, who operates it and what the client expects to be able to change later.
- 02 /
Design coordination
Positions, containment, power and interfaces agreed with the architect, interior designer and MEP consultant.
- Architect
- Interior
- MEP
- 03 /
First fix
Containment and cabling in sequence with the build, before finishes close the routes.
- 04 /
Second fix
Devices, panels and terminations after finishes, set out to the reflected ceiling and elevation drawings.
- 05 /
Commissioning
Testing, tuning and witnessed demonstration against the brief rather than against a product datasheet.
- 06 /
Handover
Training, as-built records and product documentation, so the next team inherits a system they can run.
Outcome /
A programme the main contractor can plan around.
The same sequence applies whether the package is one system or the full technology scope.
03 / One programme, two scales
Single villa, or full tower.
- For Residences
- From a single villa upwards. The same stages, scaled to a home — we work alongside the architect, interior designer and main contractor so the systems land cleanly in the finished space.
- For Corporate
- Up to a full commercial tower. BMS, fire infrastructure, access, networking and Wi-Fi delivered as one programme, coordinated with the MEP consultant, life-safety contractor and main contractor.
- For Hotels & Resorts
- Guest and back-of-house systems delivered together, sequenced around opening dates and phased handovers so operations can take the property on schedule.
