How we work
Turnkey, in plain language.
One team designs it, installs it, programmes it, and supports it. The same engineers who drew it are still there a year later when you call.
01
Discover
We meet on site. We walk every floor, every room, every plant area. We talk to the people who'll use the space and the people who'll maintain it. We listen first.
- 01Site walk with the architect, MEP consultant, owner and operator
- 02Brief capture — outcomes first, technology second
- 03Technical survey — power, pathways, equipment rooms, existing systems
02
Design
Drawings, BOQ, points lists, integration plan. We pick technology partners deliberately, justify each choice, and design for long-term operation — not just opening day.
- 01Single-line diagrams, layouts and elevation schedules
- 02Itemised BOQ with named partner products — no anonymous boxes
- 03Integration map across security, automation, fire and networking
03
Deploy
Cabling, installation, programming, commissioning. We coordinate with the main contractor and MEP team, sequence the work to the build programme, and document as we go.
- 01Cabling and containment installed to the design — no field improvisation
- 02Programming and commissioning on a tested, repeatable plan
- 03As-built drawings and labelled cabinets at handover
04
Support
Service contracts, monitoring, on-call response. We stand behind every system. The relationship after handover matters as much as the design.
- 01Service-level options scaled to the building
- 02Proactive maintenance and firmware programmes
- 03On-call response with named engineers, not a ticket queue
One programme, two scales
Single villa, or full tower.
For Residences
From a single villa upwards.
Same four steps, scaled to a home. We work alongside the architect, interior designer and main contractor so the systems land cleanly in the finished space.
For Corporate
Up to a full commercial tower.
BMS, fire, access, networking and Wi-Fi delivered as one programme. We coordinate with the MEP consultant, life-safety contractor and main contractor.
