Video Walls & Large-Format Displays
LED and LCD walls for lobbies, control rooms and boardrooms — mounted, sourced and serviceable.
LED and LCD video walls for corporate lobbies, control rooms and retail environments.
02 / The brief
A video wall or large-format display is an architectural element as much as a technical one. The size, mounting, viewing distance and content strategy all belong to the room they sit in.
Zentrum designs displays with the interior designer and the wider technology team so screens, content sources, control and cabling belong to the space rather than sit on top of it.

03 / Signal and space
From source to the room itself.
Displays and video walls are large objects that carry cabling, power, control and heat. Bringing them into the interior and MEP coordination early is what allows the display to live inside the design rather than compete with it.

Sources
Streaming, broadcast, laptops, media servers and room devices, kept in a rack rather than on show.

Rooms and areas treated individually — a cinema, a lounge, a meeting room and a terrace are different problems.

Room treatment
Speaker positions, screen geometry, sightlines and acoustic detail resolved with the interior design.
- 06 /
Control
One way to operate the room that a guest, a resident or a meeting host can use without being taught.
Outcome /
The equipment disappears; the experience does not.
Sound and image belong to the architecture rather than sitting on top of it.
04 / Design principles
What makes the room work.
Display selection
Screen type, size and resolution chosen for the viewing distance and content.
Mounting and integration
Bezel treatment, mounting and joinery coordinated with the interior design.
Content sources
Source devices, media players and control chosen for the operating model.
Processing and control
Video processing and control interfaces the operating team can actually use.
Cabling and equipment location
Cable routes and equipment locations coordinated with the interior and MEP.

06 / Coordination and delivery
How the package runs.
- 01 /Understand what the display is for, and how it will be operated.
- 02 /Design size, mounting, sources and control against that.
- 03 /Coordinate with the interior designer on finishes, joinery and lighting.
- 04 /Install, calibrate and commission with the client in the room.
- 05 /Hand over a display the operating team can run confidently.
- 01Fine-pitch LED, LCD tile or projection blend depending on brief
- 02Content management and processor selection
- 03Serviceable mounting frames and calibration for uniformity
- 04Integration with control rooms and BMS overlays

- IP-based content sources and control ride the building network.
- Seamless Wi-Fi Networking
- Wireless presentation and casting depend on the wireless network.
- Building Automation
- Displays participate in scenes that combine lighting, shading and sources.
- Connected Communication
- Video conferencing and messaging can share the same display estate.
