Private Inter-State / Country Telephony

Private voice links between locations — one dial plan across sites, integrated with the platform.

Private voice fabric linking your UAE offices with sister sites regionally and internationally.

Commercial tower where telephony is delivered over the building's own network

02 / The brief

Organisations that operate across multiple sites often need voice to feel like one system — extensions, dialling and features consistent regardless of which building the phone is in.

Zentrum designs private site-to-site voice as part of the wider telephony fabric so inter-site calling is a natural extension of the platform rather than a separate world.

Part of Connected Communication.

03 / Signal and space

From source to the room itself.

Site-to-site voice depends on inter-site network links, telephony platform architecture and dial-plan design. Bringing these decisions together at design stage is what allows voice to feel like one system rather than a set of independent PBXs.

  1. 01 /

    External communication

Inbound and outbound calling delivered over the building's connectivity, arranged with the client's provider.

  2. 02 /

    Internal communication

Extension-to-extension calling, door communication and announcements inside the property.

  3. 03 /

    Routing and control

Call routing, groups, permissions and out-of-hours behaviour written against how the organisation works.

  4. 04 /

    Systems

Telephony, intercom and public address planned together rather than bought as three separate products.

    • Intercom
    • Public address
  5. 05 /

    Endpoints

Desk phones, softphones, door stations, handsets and speakers positioned where they are actually used.

  6. 06 /

    Coverage

Reception across basements, cores, lifts and back-of-house so a call does not depend on where you stand.

Outcome /

One communication picture, not four.

Design and configuration only. Zentrum does not operate a network and makes no carrier claims.

Conceptual communication topology: external and internal communication meet a routing and control layer, which serves telephony, intercom and public-address systems, reaching endpoints across the property with coverage in cores, basements and back-of-house areas.

04 / Design principles

What makes the room work.

  • Site-to-site voice

Voice links between sites integrated with the telephony platform.

  • Extension architecture

Consistent dial plan and extension structure across every site.

  • Feature parity

Features and behaviour consistent whichever site a user is on.

  • Interfaces to public networks

Coordination with public voice interfaces where the design requires them.

  • Administration

Single point of administration and reporting for the multi-site voice fabric.

06 / Coordination and delivery

How the package runs.

  1. 01 /Understand the sites, users and how the organisation is meant to sound as one.
  2. 02 /Design telephony platform, dial plan and site-to-site links against that.
  3. 03 /Coordinate inter-site network links with the wider infrastructure design.
  4. 04 /Install, configure, integrate and validate the voice fabric end-to-end.
  5. 05 /Hand over administration and documentation the team can maintain.
  • 01Private WAN or SIP trunk between sites
  • 02Unified numbering plan across geographies
  • 03QoS across the WAN for voice and video
  • 04Redundant carrier and routing paths

07 / Related systems

What this depends on.

Connected Communication
Site-to-site voice extends the telephony platform across the organisation.
Data & IT Infrastructure
Inter-site network links are what carry the voice fabric.
Seamless Wi-Fi Networking
Wireless calling and mobile clients extend the fabric across each site.
Electronic Security
Voice and access relationships coordinate at each site's reception.
